Register/Login

It is not required to Register for an account to order from KRESA. Registering and logging in is optional and will simply retain your contact information and order history.

If you receive an email with temporary login information from no-reply@deconetwork.com, or a Follow up to your Abandoned Cart email from | KRESA.[number series]@secure-decoration.com, these are legitimate emails.

Payment

Please pay via credit card at checkout. Payment must be received to process your order. Checks are not accepted, and payroll deduction is not offered. You will receive an order confirmation email after you complete your purchase.

CTO Order/Delivery Process

Orders placed on the KRESA Store are processed every Friday. Once processed, they enter our staging and production phase. Our goal is to complete and ship your order within 2 weeks to the address provided. Complete Team Outfitters will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Returns

Because items are decorated with the specfied KRESA logos, they may not be returned. Exceptions will be made for items that are defective or damaged.
